Sliding screen door pull with sliding latch

Question

Looking for a replacement for the item described in the" Subject" above . Dimensions : 4 1/4 " tall, 2 1/8 " wide, and screw holes 3 5/8 " on center. Door is 20 years old .  Manufacturer unknown .  Thanks for your help .
