Sliding screen door roller and corner bracket.

Question

The 1998 screen door needs rebuilt. These are the corner brackets that I removed. All were broken by the time I got to this step. The width appears to be 3/8"

It appears that part ACORN PATIO SCREEN DOOR CORNER

Product Code: 95-020 will work for the corners and the rollers: SCREEN DOOR ROLLER, 1-1/4" DIA NYLON Product Code: 84-016.

Is there anything else I should be considering at this point?

I checked the roller again and 84-142 has the tension spring on the end and 1 1/4" nylon wheel that is a closer match for the roller. Is that a closer match?

I agree, the 84-142 looks like a closer match. As long as the other measurements match up (especially the thickness of the housing) then you should be good with this configuration.
