Dear People at Swisco.com, Please help me get the right sliding screen door rollers. My sliding screen door has metal rollers on both the top and bottom of the screen. Should I go with metal again or nylon wheels? Also I only have one track for the screen(slightly bent in a couple of places) on the bottom of the sliding door frame. I already removed the parts and I'm not able to send you a picture since I don't know how to operate a camera.
The measurements are exactly like your part 84-091M if that helps.
I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.

Hi Tom,
The reason I want to replace the wheels is because something on the sliding screen door was gouging the bottom of the sliding glass door frame. I think the rollers were not positioned right. Also the rollers do
not spin freely and are slightly rusted. I think I'll
keep the track I have.
Thanks for your help,
Katherine

Metal wheels are almost always better. The key is to replace either one as soon as they start dragging or scraping on the track. If the screen track gets damaged, it's a pain to fix.
