Sliding screen door wheels needed

A quick learner from USA says:
Hello. The dimensions of existing wheel assy. are: 1" wheel, 1/4" wide; mount bracket is 5/16" wide, 1/2" tall at tallest point, 2 1/8" mount hole spacing ( 1 1/16" from either side of adjusting screw.

Purchased 84-074B and the diameter of the wheel was too small then purchased
81-266 and the wheel's width was too large to fit in housing.

Appreciate your thoughts, the door was installed in 2009 new.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. Looking over your photos and dimensions, the 84-074B that you purchased should have worked. You even said that your wheel diameter is 1", same as ours. Can you go into more detail as to how it was too small? What exactly went wrong?

Right now that is the best and only option we have for your old roller. To my knowledge they don't make an alternate version with a larger wheel. If this part does not work for you, then I don't know what else would.
