Sliding screen weep holes

Hello, I have weep holes on the bottom rails of sliding screens that measure 1.25" X .5". Are there any covers I can use? Thanks

Based on your measurements, the closest we can find is our 26-173. However, I cannot confirm if this will work. Carefully look it over and let me know what you think.
