Sliding track and door latch

Question

Hi, hoping you can identify the replacement parts I need to repair my basement sliding door.  Home is in Denver and is 27 years old.  I don't see any brand name in the door.  I need to replace the sliding track and the track cover.  And also the door latch mechanism.  The total width of the door is 70".  Are you able to identify what I need from these photos?  Thanks for your assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 80-106 track which is compatible with the 80-102 track cover (sold separately). As for the lock, we wonder if you might have had the 82-218. Compare the specifications of these parts with yours and see if they match what you need.
