Sliding window balance replacement

Question

The width of the channel is 1/2". The length of the channel is about 13 3/4". The marks on the channel read "13 3 IQ CALDWELL".

Could you let me know the part numbers I'll need for the replacement?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. If the metal channel is closer to 14", you should be fine with our S385-14 with the spring weight option 1330. If the metal length is 13-3/4", you will need a custom S385. Just confirm the length and we will start a custom order if need be. Thanks!
