To further review, are you able to provide an additional picture where we can see a side profile view of the top attachment? Please also confirm that the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments measures 19 inches long. From there we can determine the series needed for your repair. Thank you!

We can provide an 18-1/2" channel, but it will require a custom order. The attachments on your balance match the Series 377 channel balance. We can supply the Series 377 balance with a 18-1/2" length and the stamp will read 18205 that indicates the strength of the spring to support the sash.
