Sliding window broken parts - unable to find on your site

Question

Attached images are from sliding window parts which are broken. I have also attached working parts from the same window.

Appreciate if you could identify these parts and send me link for these broken parts so I can place order online.

Thank you for contacting us, Deepak. The window parts you show appear to match our 15-180 pivot shoe 15-181 clip, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil spring. You will need the number printed on the old spring to confirm the best option. Let me know what you think.
