Hello!

Based on what I see here, you could have either our S380-27 or S385-27 balances. These two parts look identical at first glance but each one has a different shoe depth. With that said, you'll need to measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. Our Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe, while the Series 385 comes attached with a 1-3/32" shoe. You will also need to select the 2620 spring strength option.
