Sliding window doesn't stay up

We have 2 windows that stopped staying up, some long springs/ white plastic pieces and white rope fell off of the sides.
Tag says: ANSI/AAMA 101-88
MFGR; AAP-011-1
SERIES: 3500/3550/3555
MST; 4-0 X 6-0.
MVT; 46" X 36"


Please help, is it some parts i can replace myself or do i need a new window ?

Thanks for reaching out to us. It sounds like you need new window balances. We're happy to look into this but we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance assembly and show us photos? We'd like to see the attachments that it uses, as well as any stamps printed on the balance.

Thank you for the additional photos! We're almost there. It looks like the bottom fitting broke off which is an important detail. If the balance on the other side of the window is in undamaged condition, we can use that as a reference.

Thank you very much! Is the bottom shoe originally wingless? If so, I recommend the S351-33 or S390-33 with the 3230 stamp option. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
