Sliding window dual roller

A home owner from Santa Rosa CA says:
The lock has the words "Pacific Industries" on it. The house was built in 1998 and these are the original windows. These rollers install with one screw at the bottom leading corner of the window. Thank you for your help.

Unfortunately Pacific Industries went out of business at the turn of the century. We have three possible replacements for you. First, our 87-057 where the inside housing is 7/16" wide by 9/32" high, and it features a wheel height at 5/16". We then have the 87-177 where the inside housing is 1/2" wide by 3/16" high and with the wheel at 1/2" high. Finally we have #87-213 with a nylon wheel. The inside housing width is 9/16" by 13/32"and the height with the wheel is 7/16". Please compare.
