Sliding window foam gasket replacement

Question

I have five sliding windows in a sunroom. No idea of make/model. I can pop the window sash out and the gasket is a white vinyl encasing a yellow foam. Seems to be just that, no hard clip or anything. And it just gets shoved into the groove to create the seal against the frame of the window. The gasket seems to be a little over 3/8 inch deep when popped out of the frame.  And just under 1/4 wide.
