Sliding window hardware

Looking for window hardware. These windows are up and down sliders and they won't stay open. I've sent photos of the hard war on the bottom sliding window and what components are the window frame.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like the balances are the problem. I just can't identify them from these photos, unfortunately. Can you remove one from the window and show us some photos?

I can remove the white piece but there are no balancers with the windows. I think at some point they took them out and we have never seen them.

Oh, I see. I'm afraid it's not possible for us to ID missing hardware. Is there an identical window in the house? If there is, we can use that window's hardware as a reference.

We have 2 identical windows in the room both with no hardware. We ar needing the fix the window as part of the repairs for selling the house.

Is there a way to measure to figure out what can be used for hardware?

That's unfortunate. We aren't able to identify what balances you may have had without photos of the original hardware. There are simply too many options and we can't narrow them down. We may be able to help determine the length of the balances but we cannot ID the Series, unfortunately. If you're interested in determining the length, we will need you to write out the visible glass height for the window sashes.
