the latch looks like part #90-093, is that correct?
if so, what is the accompanying sash?

Hello and thanks for writing in. The Malta lock and keeper you show have been discontinued and no longer available. There is a possibility that the 90-093 Nu Sash toggle lock may work for you, however, there is no keeper replacement available. Take a look and let us know what you think.
