Sliding window latch

Question

This latch is on vinyl sliding windows installed in 2003. The double latch plate allows for the window to be locked open 1" in a vent mode.

MDC is slightly visible on the underside near the screw hole.

A direct match is not necessary, just a latch that will work.

Thanks for posting. For the sash lock, see if our 90-278 matches up. Look over all the dimensions we list and let me know if anything differs. I am afraid we don't have a double keeper like yours. Our closest I suspect might be the 90-283 or 90-237. Take a look and see what you think.
