Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? Can you also write out the backset? You can use the image below as a reference.

Thank you for confirming that for us. The closest options in our inventory appear to be the 90-180 and 90-274 where the installation holes measure 2-1/4" on center. However, neither have a 7/16" backset. The 90-180 has a 3/8" backset and the 90-274 has a 11/16" backset. We can't promise they will work for you but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
