Sliding window lock

Hi there, this is on a home built by DR Horton in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, in about 2007. Could you please help assist in identifying the part needed? The window is not locking. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the sliding window lock shown in your photos. You may have some luck contacting the manufacturer or by visiting a local hardware store.

I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

Thanks for the reply. I'm confused though... Swisco is engraved on the lock. Are you not the manufacturer?

I was able to enhance the photo to review the letters on the lock and it appears that the manufacturer may be AMSCO. I am uncertain if they are still in business but there may be a local hardware store or window supplier that might carry replacements for their parts.

Swisco is not a manufacturer and we have not manufactured items, especially with a stamp on them. I apologize for any inconvenience!
