Sliding window lock

Need to find the lock/manufacturer for a client. Attached a pic of the lock that needs replaced and the only identifying sticker on the movable sash. Please help. Thank you.

Hello!
We're happy to see if we can help with this. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? We'll need to know the backset as well. Those details should help us narrow down some options.
