Take a look at the 91-054 slide bolt pair and 95-225 corner with guide. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match up with your old hardware. Note that the 91-003 spring with nylon retainer is sold separately.

Emily I just replaced my guide pins that holds window in place & the slide pins won't lock in place because you're pins have a small pin that's smaller in diameter that juts out of the pin they sell I had to install the old pins for it to work at my house if your pins are working leave them alone & just replace the guides that hold the window...
