Trying to identify type of roller, Lowe's people said it to old, can you help me finding it? Thanx

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need some dimensions to compare. May we have the diameter and thickness of the nylon wheel; The diameter and length of the metal wheel axle; along with the width, length and height of the back nylon housing? That will help us determine if a viable replacement is available. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a replacement roller with your specifications. There is a good chance that it was discontinued at some point. I'm sorry that we are unable to supply the part that you need but we wish you the best of luck with your repair.
