I don't have any info on the hardware, but here is some info from a sticker on the window: HS-R20 Manufacturer TOM-041-1 Series 93 Attached is a pic. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Susan

I believe you have a Tomrays sliding window, but I'm not sure this roller assembly is still available. Before we can research this any further, can you tell me the diameter of the wheel? Can you also tell me the height and width of the nylon housing (with and without the wings)?
