Sliding window roller replacment

We are trying to replace the attached Del Mar roller on a sliding laboratory window.
Can you suggest a replacement?

I would be happy to. If you can, please remove the roller from the window and show us a few pictures of it by itself. We would also need your dimensions, so please measure it and let me know what you get. You can look through our sliding window hardware section to get an idea of what kind of pictures and measurements we need.
