Sliding window roller wheel assembly

Question

Two wheels: 1/2" wheel dia. by 1/4" wheel width

Assembly flange: L 2-5/16" W by 5/8" Thick 1/16"

Wheel case: L 2-1/8" W 7/16" D 7/16"

Overall depth (case + flange) is 1/2"

Flange is broken in the pictures.
