Sliding window rollers

Question

I was hoping the 87-164 rollers were 5 mm tall from the plastic base to the center of the roller, but they are only 2 mm and the rollers don't reach the base of the window. If the store has what I need, I could exchange them, but if not, I would like to return.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. I was unable to find a taller housing on a roller. Do you think you can add a shim to raise up the housing? That would fix your problem.
