Sliding window roller replacement

A quick learner from San Diego says:
Rollers have a flat spot. They ate 1/2" diameter. The overall length of the assy is 2" and the width of the window frame slot is 5/8". I think the window may be made by Milgard but not sure. The wheels only need to replaced (popped out).

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid I don't recognize these window rollers. I am forwarding this discussion to one of my senior colleagues, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with more information. Many thanks.

Thank you for your continued patience with us. Have a close look at our 87-201 sliding window roller and see if this is compatible with your roller.
