Have a set of Viking single hung vinyl windows that require all the sliding window sash balance 3239 replace.
1. Sliding window sash balance 3230 with all the hardware as shown with bottom guide, top guide and terminal clip
2. Nylon sash cam on the window

Thanks for posting. Your top sash guide looks like a match for our 18-008. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions about this particular product.

As for the balances, you have either our S351-33 or S390-33. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.

I do not have access to the balances?based on your experience which balance will you recommend and work with 18-008.

Both balances I mentioned work with the 18-008 top sash guide. I'm afraid you won't be able to determine which one you need until you get your hands on the original. Measuring that shoe is the only way you can confirm. There's no way around that, unfortunately.
