The first two pictures are the broken pieces attached to the window frame and the third picture is a complete piece from another window.

Your photos resemble the 15-180 balance shoe, which is compatible with the S190 coil springs. Take a look at the product's specifications and compare them to undamaged parts removed from the window. Thanks for posting!
