Slight chance of rain early. Is there a replacement hinge with this?

Hi, I can't seem to find any hinges like this with the z configuration with three holes. Fortunately, the hinges have broken apart so I can't simply replace the stem.

Thanks for your post! We did have this storm door hinge at one time but it has been discontinued, unfortunately. I'm not sure that an exact match it made for them any longer.
