Slimfold closet door Part lost

A home owner from Lawrenceville NJ says:

I lost a support part for my folding closet door.

Now when I open and close the door, it's not supported and scratch against the bottom railing. I must lift the door by the door knob to open and close it.

Nothing supports the door spring.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Valerie. I'm sorry our response has taken so long, it's been a very busy season.

Based on your photos, I think you should consider our 23-234 pivot bracket assembly and 23-148 track stop. However, you mention that the door is scraping along the bottom. You may also need to adjust or replace your old pivots. I believe your door uses the 23-121 and 23-151. Try playing around with them to see if you can adjust them enough to keep the door from scraping. If not, they may need to be replaced with new parts.
