Lock orientation is vertical and appears to be bronze colored. It matches part # 38-055 : Window Lock, RH which I ordered recently

You have a very old style lock. I doubt the exact model is made anymore but the design is very similar to our 38-005 . Look this product over and see if you think it would work for you as a substitute.
