A contractor from Mahwah, NJ says:
Hi. These are the balancers we need to replace. The first photo shows the top w/ a hole. A nail was placed thru this hole into the window jamb.
The 2nd photo shows the bottom connection to the window. The remaining silver piece in the 1st photo was the remains of the plastic tube. That measured 23". These are double hung wood non tilt. Need enought for 2 top sashes and 2 bottom sashes. Need asap! Thx.

Hello,

I would recommend taking a look at our S500-23 spiral balance. For the bottom bracket, I would recommend the 17-012 that hooks onto the spiral and screws onto the bottom of the sash. You would also need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the S500-23 product description to choose the corresponding color option. Thank you!
