Yes - that is correct. 32-076 looks like it could possibly be the one but I'm not sure. Should I just order it to see or would you like to see a picture of the other piece I found that goes with it?
Thanks Paul!
actually maybe it is the first picture...32-081
Okay - and both those pieces are intact. so do you have a picture of the piece that would slide back and forth as the drawer opens and closes? that is the piece that is broken which is the top picture. the other two pictures on the bottom - those are completely fine and don't need repair. Sorry it's really had to email back and forth sometimes for me.
No - sorry, my fault...the piece I need is the one that is in my hand. I was just showing you the dressing parts so you could see that as well. The part that I need is the part that fits in-between the base of the drawer and the drawer itself. It's the piece that slides the drawer back and forth. Does that make sense?
okay, so the demo view looks exactly like what I have. So you're saying that my piece - how it is now doesn't fit into your demo view? I will take a picture of the other piece that I found to see if that helps. Sorry this is taking so long. It actually looks pretty good to me. It really doesn't cost that much. Do you think I should just order a part that goes with the demo view and give it a try?
We just are not sure where that little piece came from. It looks like it might have broken off of the 32-081 Kenlin socket - but you said earlier that the little piece did not break off of the socket or the runner. So I am just confused on where did it come from. If it is not part of the socket or the runner... it would be a separate third part of your drawer system that is unfamiliar to us. If possible, please send a different picture of this piece from another one of your drawers where it is not broken so we can see what it looks like.
We do not carry the metal tracks - so hopefully you can fix your drawer just by replacing the plastic drawer hardware. You will have to expect your tracks closely to see if they are damaged (most of the time they are not and replacing the plastic hardware is all that is needed).
Okay, now i'm tracking with you...maybe it did break off like what you show in the demo view. I was just thinking it was a whole separate piece but maybe not. Can I order the part that you think that it is?
As I look closer at the bottom of the drawer i can see that that is where it broke off. Do I need to get the entire metal piece that goes along the bottom of the drawer or can I just replace the plastic piece?
thanks for all your help! You've been very patient with me.
So you are relatively sure that these are the parts that I need?
