Small 2 pane jalousy

None of the arms I've viewed match size or description but unit appears to be the same type?

Take a look at the 39-165K operator kit with the break-a-way link arm. This might make a good replacement for your window. Let us know what you think.

I might try it but I'm concerned that the gear arm I have is 3" long vs. 2.5".

Also looks like I would need to further cut and drill the breakaway arm to accommodate the difference in length of the elbow extension because that is shorter than the shortest break off?

Some alteration may be necessary, but I'm afraid we couldn't find anything closer to yours. To be honest, you may not even have to do any of that. You have a lot of wiggle room when it comes to this kind of operator and I've found that they work well in most cases.

That said, I can't predict if your window is special or not. You never know in this industry. The 39-165K remains our best option either way.

Ordered 5 of them today so hopefully they will work. Wondering if they could include some extra screws and spacers with the shipment?

Thanks

Thank you for your business! We appreciate it. I hope they work out, too. The 39-165K includes installation fasteners, as per the product description.

If you noticed in my photo the existing ?elbow? connection is riveted so I need the extra screws and spacers to make that connection to the operator arm. The one you provide will connect to the other end on the window.
Please consider sending those with my order.
Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what kind of spacers or screws you'd need to do that. Your order has also already shipped out, so we are unable to add anything to it. Any additional hardware you need would have to be purchased separately, I'm afraid we can't just add hardware to a shipment. A local hardware store may be able to accommodate you, though.
