Thanks for reaching out! There is a good chance that we can supply you with the balance you need but it will need to be a custom made assembly. Before we can move forward with providing you with the order link, there are a few details I'll need to confirm to ensure we are supplying you with the correct balance. Especially since custom assemblies are non-refundable and non-returnable.

To start, since the stamp is hard to read, you will need to obtain the exact weight of the sash these balances will be supporting. The stamp is what indicates the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash. 

Please confirm the depth of the bottom shoe on your balances. It should either be 1" or 1-3/32".

The last piece of information I'll need to confirm pricing and availability for your balances is the exact number you are looking to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
