Small plastic cabinet hinge

I need to replace these hinges on cabinets installed in 2004. They only have a 1" bore hole and were held in place with no screws. They fell apart when removing them for painting the doors. I need to find the same hinges or some that will fit the same. They say Amerock and have 2 patent numbers stamped on them. I can get those numbers if that will help. Thanks so much.
