Smallest opening that the 39-398 can be set to on a casement window

I'd like to be able to securely stop my casement window opening to 2-3". Would that be possible with the 39-398?

See the video below where we show the installation process for the 39-398. On the particular casement window shown in the video, the limited opening is approximately 3". The limited opening could vary in your casement window depending on the type of window and how it is installed. I have doubts you can limit it much smaller than that, but look at the video and see if you think it would be a similar setup with your window.
