Snap In Glazing Description Help

Quick Learner from Tomball, TX.
Good afternoon. I need help identifying what snap in window glazing I should get to replace around ALL of the windows in my house. I got my micrometer to get the dimensions defined in the attached drawing. Please note the material thickness. I tried to use one of your competitors but the thickness was too great for me to slide it into the groove.

Thanks for your help,

David

Your dimensions are a big help, but I'm not quite sure about the shape of the profile. Yours is fairly unique. Would we be able to see a photo of the glazing itself?

Hello. I submitted pictures after the above came back, but haven't received anything from you. Did you get them?

Thanks,

I'm afraid we never received new pictures from you. Can you upload them directly to this thread for us to see?

Here is the first picture. I will be sending a second picture in a couple of minutes. Hopefully this picture along with the sketch I provided a few weeks ago will help you. Please let me know if I need to resend the sketch.

Let me know if you need more information.

How are you doing on the window balances? Did you find any with the clip on them like I need?

Did you receive my pictures of the glazing? Also, can you please let me know how much the spring balances will be? I sent that as a separate item.

thank you,

You might be able to use our 55-197 snap in glazing. The short leg with the locking angle should work. The other leg is a little longer and that might give you some trouble.

I'm afraid this is the only discussion we have from you. I'm not sure what your question is concerning spring balances. It's important you post all information directly to the discussion board. I think you may be emailing the automatic responses you receive by mistake.
