Snap In Glazing Strips

I have a 60 yr old house with original windows and needed to replace some glass panes but the snap-in glazing strips get destroyed when they are removed... I have attached 2 pics of the strip trying to show the dimensions... It looks like it could be 5/8" x 5/16"... I need it in white and enough to do 3 14" x 10" windows...
