Snap-in Window Glazing

Trying to identify the correct replacement snap-in glazing to match my existing windows.  It was suggested they may be Jen-Weld windows, but I cannot verify that.  The reveal portion appears to be 3/4" (but could be 5/8") the snap-in portion is 1/4".  I need this in 72" long pieces.
