Hello, thanks for posting! Take a look at our 55-076. Compare its dimensions to yours to see if this could be a match

A home owner from New Jersey says:
It's possible that would work ,I was also looking at 55-066, do you think that would work, but the both of those glazing strips probably would not match the existing glazing, so I would have to change all sides of window. Times four. I would have to get one to see if it will fit the window.

The 55-066 is a possibility. You may want to consider our offering of samples, which you can find here. Good luck with your repair!

A home owner from New Jersey says:
I also have to change my channel balance in the windows they are the original balance, the sash weight is 19 to 29 lbs, the windows go up easy but I have to use force to bring them down, would a lighter sash weight solve this problem, or are the original balance just worn out. Do you make the glass double insulated replacement panels, or know someone in NJ that does.

Would you be able to show us your channel balance? We would also like to know the stamp or imprint on the metal channel. This will help us determine if you have the appropriate spring strength. We unfortunately do not carry replacement glass panels - you may want to contact your local hardware store.

A home owner from New Jersey says:
Ok I will send a picture of the stamp,I also need channel balances I am looking at 380 and 385 the measurements of the shoe are almost the same so I can't tell the difference. I will send pictures of them.and top sash guides . The guides that look the same are 18-061 but not sure.

Thanks for the follow up pictures. The difference between the Series 380 and the Series 385 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail. You will need to determine this dimension to select the appropriate balance.

Comparison of the S380 and S385 balance shoes.
Comparison of the S380 and S385 balance shoes.

A 2740 stamp indicates a sash weight range between 19 to 26 pounds. I recommend getting your exact sash weight to ensure you have the appropriate balance. Finally, in regards to your top sash guide, as long as the dimensions are the same I think the 18-061 looks like a good match!
