Need plastic Snap in glazing to replace my aluminum type

A home owner from Florida says:
part that goes flat against glass if 5/16" Open side of triangle is 3/8 when not compressed. These are aluminum, put would like a plastic replacement to hold the glass in the window. These windows are 40 years old.
