I'm afraid I'm not sure what to recommend. This is kind of a weird style compared to what we carry. Take a look at the list of glazing beads I've related to this page and let me know if you could use any as a replacement. Make sure to carefully go over their dimensions to confirm the better match. I'm sorry I wasn't able to narrow down the list of possible matches any further, but hopefully this helps get you in the right direction.
