Snap in glazing missing from windows

Home Owner from Austin, TX
Hello, Recently purchased home appears to have snap in glazing missing from a few of the windows. The larger window, second from right has the bottom and sides missing and appears to be loose in the frame. A neighbor in the same style home with same windows had a window fall out. We are looking to find the replacement snap in glazing that we can purchase and have installed back on to the windows. Windows are around 5 years old and face the south in the Texas sun. It is thought that the windows heat up in the summer and the glazing has fallen out over time. We have not been able to get an answer from the builder on what the brand of windows are, unfortunately.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid it's not possible for us to identify missing hardware. We'd be happy to help but we would need you to remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile to compare to our inventory.

Thanks for getting back to us! I recommend taking a look at our 55-006, 55-163B, 55-204, and 55-163. Look over the dimensions and compare them with yours to see what you think.
