Snap in window glazing

Good afternoon,
I am unable to identify the type/manufacturer of the windows on my mobile home and the glazing on the front windows is in horrible shape. I would like to replace it w/ the proper product. Unfortunately, the trim is in such bad shape, it came off in a not easily identified mess!

Unfortunately, this glazing has been discontinued and is no longer available. I'm sorry that we cannot be of more help.
