Snapped Balance Coils????

Question

It looks like the balance coils have snapped on both sides of my window and the shoe and housing for balance coil are the same and need to be replaced. I need assistance with parts and removal of "old" parts and installation of new.

Hello,

It's tough to say with the hardware still installed but your pivot shoe looks like a match for our 15-087, which is designed to be used with the Series 180 coil spring. Take a look at the related videos for assistance with the replacement process. Thank you!
