Snugger Stuck In Track

My snugger is stuck in the track, about in the middle of one of the 2 doors. So the left door opens about halfway and then can go no farther. What can I do? Thnx

If you happen to be talking about a rubber snugger, you can place a screwdriver under the snugger and force it up and out of the track. Get back to us and let us know if this helps at all.

Hi - Thanks for your reply - It's a white plastic piece with a spring running through it - I did manage to dislodge it and get it back between the doors at the top. "After" picture attached. So far so good. Really appreciate a site like this. Thanks again - BV
