Pictured on the upper left of the window, then uninstalled. (The bottom left is missing the corresponding one, hence the problem.)

No names, numbers, or markings to report, sadly.

Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the hinge shown here. I'm afraid we aren't sure who might have it other than the original manufacturer, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we aren't able to assist with this repair; please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
