Some part under window got loose

Hello, one of the fixture bottom of the window got loose. So window does not show down. It is not casement window operator, but on the window side fixture. Could you look at the pictures and let me know which part should I buy and if I can replace it myself?

It looks like the track slide on your hinge is broken. Take a look and compare our 36-048 hinge set to yours, as well as the related installation video. Thanks for posting!

Which casement window operator is compatible to this hinge set? I would like to replace the operator too. Thanks for your help.

Your operator looks like our EntryGard 39-031 and 39-032 but you'd need to compare your dimensions to the ones listed on our product pages to confirm.
