I am unable to find this 3" long by 1/2" wide vent stop. Do you know where I can purchase?

Unfortunately, we don't have a sash stop that is this big. I don't think this is made anymore, since we've never been able to locate a good replacement. I would consider our 26-387, instead. This mounts to the frame of the window. Could you possibly use this as a substitute?
